Privacy Policy
Version: October 2026 draft
The short version: your data is yours. You choose what Jenn can see, journals start private, nothing is sold or used for advertising, and you can download or delete everything at any time.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and name.
- Your intake: your answers about your life, goals and preferences, and any health basics you choose to give (age, sex, smoking, family history, life stage).
- What you log: daily check-ins, the pillar tracker, habits, goals, wins, journal entries, lesson progress, activity and training logs, and messages with Jenn.
- Know Your Health: screening status, questions for your doctor, visit notes and health records you choose to enter.
- Movement safety check: your answers to the pre-exercise questions.
- Technical: the sign-in session that keeps you logged in. The app has no advertising or analytics trackers.
Who can see it
- You can see everything you enter.
- Jenn sees your messages, goals, wins, lesson progress, session notes, your movement program logs and your movement safety-check result, so she can coach you safely.
- Your check-ins, tracker and habits are shared with Jenn only if you turn sharing on in My Elevate. Journal entries are private unless you share them. Changes to sharing are recorded in your sharing history.
- Your Know Your Health entries are private to you. Jenn cannot see them.
- Your intake answers are stored on your profile, which Jenn's coaching account can access. The app shows her your goals and preferences; it doesn't display your health basics to her. [Attorney to review this wording.]
These rules are enforced by the database itself, not only by the screens.
How we use it
Only to provide your coaching and the app's features: showing your progress, matching education to you, and helping Jenn support you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Services that help run the app
- Supabase stores the app's data (in the United States, East Coast).
- Cloudflare hosts the app and stores lesson audio and exercise videos.
- Resend sends sign-in emails.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the app's fonts and one code library, so your browser connects to them when the app loads.

Data is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored.
Health privacy law
[Elevate is a coaching service, not a healthcare provider or health plan, and is generally not covered by HIPAA. Attorney to confirm, and to add any state consumer-health-data notices that apply.]
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account in My Elevate, your data is permanently removed. [Attorney to confirm any records Jenn must keep for business purposes.]
Your choices
- Change what you share with Jenn at any time in My Elevate.
- Download all your data in My Elevate.
- Delete your account and data in My Elevate.
Age
Elevate is for adults 18 and older.
