1. Who we are
Elevate with Jenn ("Elevate", "we", "us") is a health coaching and education service run by Jenn [full legal name or business entity], reachable at jenn@elevatewithjenn.com. These terms cover the Elevate web app ("the app").
2. Coaching and education, not medical care
Elevate supports your wellbeing through coaching, education and personal training. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor, a registered dietitian or a mental health professional. Jenn is a certified health coach (Wellcoaches) and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is not a licensed medical or mental health provider.
Health information in the app is general education. Talk with your doctor before making changes to medication, diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.
Elevate is not an emergency service. Messages are not monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.) or call 911.
3. Who can use Elevate
You must be 18 or older. You agree to give accurate information and to keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in links and codes are sent there.
4. Exercise and physical activity
Exercise carries some risk of injury. Before starting a training program you'll answer a short safety questionnaire; if any answer suggests it, please get clearance from your doctor first. Choose the easier option whenever you need to, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or unusual shortness of breath. You take part in physical activity at your own risk [attorney to confirm wording and any assumption-of-risk language].
5. Your content
What you write and log in the app (check-ins, journal entries, habits, activity, messages) belongs to you. You let us store and display it to provide the service to you, and to show Jenn the parts you choose to share. You can download or delete it anytime from My Elevate.
6. Jenn's content
Lessons, audio, videos, programs, graphics and other materials in the app belong to Elevate with Jenn. You may use them for your own personal wellbeing. Please don't copy, share, sell or publish them.
7. Using the app respectfully
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may pause or close an account that does.
8. Payments
[Coaching packages, memberships and refunds are covered by your coaching agreement or the checkout terms you accept when you pay. Attorney to confirm.]
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account and data at any time in My Elevate. We may end access if these terms are broken, or if the service closes, with notice where we can give it.
10. Disclaimers and limits

11. Changes
If these terms change in a meaningful way, the app will ask you to review and agree to the new version.
